Private beta
HeyBrain uses AI, and this private beta is for adults. It is an execution aid, not a human monitoring service.
Messages, settings, action history, and voice transcripts are stored to provide the service. Operational telemetry supports reliability and beta learning.
Jonathan may inspect content for founder debugging and support. Redacted tooling is preferred when it can answer the question.
Apple and Clerk handle sign-in. Photon/Spectrum transports Shared Pool iMessage. OpenAI handles text and voice AI. Render and Neon host the service.
Search queries reach the search provider only when you explicitly use search. General profile or conversation memory is not sent just because search exists.
Data is retained while HeyBrain is providing the beta and may persist through operational backup-retention windows.
You can correct settings, request an export, disable check-ins and weekly summaries, disconnect iMessage, leave the beta, and request deletion. Self-service deletion is not broadly enabled; contact the beta support address for deletion or export help.
There is no separate telemetry opt-out while continuing to use the beta. Leaving stops ongoing optional use.
Do not use HeyBrain as the sole system for emergencies, medication, critical health actions, legal or financial deadlines, or safety deadlines.
